I am an ITLT Service Professional specializing in Support Center Processes & Operations, providing dedicated support for MCIT clients while studying at Central Community College. My role involves ensuring efficient IT service delivery by adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing incidents according to ITIL best practices, and maintaining IT compliance and security policies. I also have a passion for football, singing, and day trading, which keep me engaged outside of my IT work. With a strong focus on customer service, I strive to create a reliable and efficient IT Service Desk environment while continuously learning and growing in my field.
